Freedom of speech???

Below are excerpts fromĀ a French TV show in which the ‘Independant’ media of the west is praising and advocating freedom of speech exceeding all limits. No wait! there are limits; limits that are assigned by them as well.

Have a look!

I have nothing more to write.

Did Mr. Jinnah really want a secular Pakistan?

According to Oxford dictionary, the word ā€˜Secularā€™ means ā€˜not connected with religious or spiritual mattersā€™.

So, if I were to assume that Quaid-e-Azam wanted a secular Pakistan, this would raise some serious questions in my mind. The first of which would be regarding the ā€˜Two Nation Theoryā€™.

What was the ā€˜Two Nation Theoryā€™? Does thatĀ ring a bell for you after all these years?

Let me remind you, The Two Nation Theory (Do Qaumi Nazariya) was the founding principle of the Pakistan Movement and the partition of India. It revolves around the very idea that Hindus and Muslims cannot co-exist because of the social and religious differences that lie between them.

In Quaid-e-Azamā€™s presidential address delivered in Lahore, on March 22-23, 1940, he stated:

ā€˜The Hindus and Muslims belong to two different religious philosophies, social customs, and litterateurs. They neither intermarry nor inter-dine together and, indeed, they belong to two different civilizations which are based mainly on conflicting ideas and conceptions. Their aspect on life and of life are different. It is quite clear that Hindus and Muslims derive their inspiration from different sources of history. They have different epics, different heroes, and different episodes. Very often the hero of one is a foe of the other and, likewise, their victories and defeats overlap. To yoke together two such nations under a single state, one as a numerical minority and the other as a majority, must lead to growing discontent and final destruction of any fabric that may be so built for the government of such a state.ā€™

This negated the notion of a United Secular India in which the word ā€˜Nationā€™ meant co-existing Hindus and Muslims.

In taza khudaā€™on mein bara sabse watan hai; Jo pairahan iska hai, woh mazhab ka kafan hai.ā€

As far as Islam is concerned, it is a religion that is a complete social order which dominates all activities of life and it was Islam at that time which became the identity of Indian Muslims to demand independence.

If Quaid-e-Azam wanted a Secular Pakistan, why would he have even bothered to fight against the Congress and the British government?

Initially, Yes! Mr. Jinnah was inĀ the favor that Hindus and Muslims should live together but with the condition that Muslims should have their complete share of rights in politics and independence to practice their religion. Once he realized the fact that the Hindus were not going to let that happen, he endorsed the Two Nation theory and a separate nation was demanded.

Muslims which did not migrate from India to Pakistan at the time of independence oppose this theory, but some of them even oppose many other notions. They indulge in intermarriage, hindu rituals and even bow down to hindu idols for the sake of ā€˜compromiseā€™ and ā€˜inter-religious harmonyā€™ but they are still forced to witness bad times like the Gujrat Riots.

What is happening in present day Pakistan is also very similar, by making a fuss about ā€˜not letting Pakistan become a nation ruled by Mullahsā€™ the secular brigade is persuading this generation to sway from Islam and Islamic rituals.

What we do is that we blame the Taliban for disturbing peace and harmony in the country.

Hey, wait a second! Which Taliban are we talking about?

The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan? The TTP that leaves alone the brothels and bombs the Masjids?

The TTP that kills the hardworking laborers and leaves the corrupt to carry on?

The TTP that lets liqueur being sold openly and destroys the families of innocent practicing Muslims?

How many times have we heard the Afghan Taliban (who by the way are fighting a genuine war) endorse this Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan? The correct answer is ZERO.

Even the kids in my block are aware of the fact that the TTP is a RAW funded group assigned to malign the image of Islam in Pakistan by destroying the peace and harmony of the country.

Anyways, this country was meant to be an Islamic State and that is the reason why it was named ā€˜Islamic Republic of Pakistanā€™ and not ā€˜The Secular Republic of Pakistan.ā€™

India is a failed secular state, and we will become a failed Islamic State unless we stop acting like idiotic seculars. The need of the day is religious tolerance. Let others practice their religions and preach our own in a way our Prophet (PBUH) and his Sahaba (RA) did so.

The secret to any nationā€™s development and prosperity lies in the Holy Quran and Ahadeeth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Quran guides us:

ā€˜And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude Allah’s favor on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided. Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.

Be not like those who are divided amongst themselves and fall into disputations after receiving Clear Signs: For them is a dreadful penalty.ā€™ (Aal-e-Imran)

Where we did go wrong was when we did not implement Islam right from the word ‘Go’. But still, it’s never too late. In order to stand on our own two feet, we need to amend theĀ constitutionĀ and make it a more Islamic one.

Letā€™s realize the importance of our religion and stop making ridiculous claims that Pakistan is a secular state. We are in search of the path to success and that path originates from Islam.

May ALLAH (SWT) guide and bless us all. Aameen!

The Dooh Nibors of Pakistan

The term ā€˜Dooh Niborā€™ is neither Latin nor Greek, itā€™s an English term spelled the other way around. Start reading from the right and youā€™ll find the word ā€˜Robin Hood.ā€™ Ā But as far as I remember, Robin Hood used to be the character that used to loot the rich and distribute the booty among the poor. Looking at how the country is being run these days, we wonā€™t be able to find many Robin Hoods around; what we will be able to find however are ā€˜Dooh Nibors.ā€™

A ā€˜Dooh Niborā€™ is assumed by the writer to do the exact opposite of a Robin Hood. They loot the poor and distribute the valuables among the rich. Weā€™re in luck; this place has more than one ā€˜Dooh Nibor.ā€™

The adventures of Dooh Nibors of Pakistan are almost countless. Ranging from Rental power projects to Hajj Scandals, National Insurance Corporation to EOBI, theyā€™ve done it all and theyā€™re still going strong. The tax payers of the country are continually being robbed with such professionalism and perfection that they canā€™t even imagine. The RGST being the most recent example has brought up a new debate in all circles.

The Dooh Nibor of Water and Power very confidently stated that the rental power project does not mean that the price of the electricity will go up. Even an ordinary citizen like me is aware of the fact that for any project such as the rental power project, there must be cost and rent that has to be paid. In order to bear that cost, the government must either increase the electricity rates and collect it from the end user or provide subsidy on the project and later increase the percentage on tax and collect it from you know who; Youā€™re right! ā€˜The End Userā€™ and that is you and me again.

When it comes to religious affairs, the Dooh Nibors consider it their religious duty to loot the nation even there. People spend their whole lives saving their hard earned money to fulfill one of the most dearest religious duties they have to offer, ā€˜The Hajjā€™. But when they finally reach the Holy soil, they are forced to earn more ā€˜Sawabā€™ by controlling their anger and rage for the fraud these Dooh Nibors do with them.

The foreign aid that the Dooh Nibors beg for always reaches the needy on time. Thatā€™s because the Dooh Nibors themselves need it more than anyone else. Lavish lifestyles, designer clothing, foreign accounts, you name it and they have it.

Thereā€™s no sheriff stopping these high flyers. Ā But the Sheriff of all sheriffs is watching from above and the nation can only pray that He helps us very soon. InshaALLAH!
